About Us
Who We Are
MT Mann & Co. is a custom home builder proudly serving Texas, with a special focus on the Hill Country and a commitment to vernacular architectural styles that reflect early Texas heritage. With over forty years of design and construction experience, our team is dedicated to crafting one-of-a-kind homes that draw on historical, cultural, and craftsmanship influences—each tailored to the client’s unique vision and property.
We take pride in working with clients who already own a special piece of land—or are searching for the perfect one—to bring their dream home to life. Our portfolio includes projects throughout Texas, including Houston, San Antonio, Greater Austin, Bulverde, Canyon Lake, and across the wider Hill Country region.
At the heart of our approach is a commitment to building strong relationships. We work closely with each client to understand their goals and deliver a home that brings lasting joy. Our mission is simple: to create a custom home that reflects your vision, honors your budget, and enhances your way of life.
Over 25 Years of Design and Construction Experience
Founded by Michael and Tressa Mann, MT Mann & Co. brings more than 25 years of experience to custom home construction, remodeling, and design services. Their experience includes supporting residential projects throughout Texas, particularly in Houston, the greater Austin area, and the Texas Hill Country.
Michael and Tressa first met at Texas A&M University, where Michael was pursuing his engineering degree and Tressa was studying architecture. After many years in Houston, they made the Texas Hill Country their home to raise their family and be closer to extended family.
Their approach combines expertise in high-end design with years of construction experience. From the first sketch through construction, Michael and Tressa work closely with clients on every project to create homes that reflect their vision, respect architectural character, and support the way they live.
